Q: Arkansas Razorback yard Christmas ornaments-need help figuring what they are worth?
It is a yard set of a sleigh, santa and 2 raindeer. Only the deer are actually razorbacks. I think the santa is too. They are red plywood and about 26 inches tall. It is pretty elaborate and 3 dimentional. It is painted red and in brand new condition. We want to sell it in a yard sale or craigs list in or near Fayetteville, AR. What do you think we should list it at?

A: Your item will be worth alot more after this season when "501" runs through the SEC. Hang on to it until Christmas 2008, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

Q: What Christmas ornaments can be made from soda cans?
Here in Salt Lake City, there's a Christmas fundraiser called "Festival of Trees", which benefits a local children's hospital. You submit a tree which is auctioned off, and the proceeds go to the hospital. I'm submitting a tree, and I'm going to use only diet coke cans and lights to decorate it. Please help me come up with the ideas for cutting, folding, or punching the cans and manipulating them into stunning decorations! Be descriptive - you can even email me at Lmevans79@yahoo.com if you want to submit a sketch or photograph. Thanks!

A: Try the little half cans of pop they sell and make little drums out of them. I would think if you can cut the can lengthwise in several areas and bend out the metal midway that would work. Be careful though as cans can be very sharp.

Q: Christmas Cookie Ornaments?
I was wondering if there was a recipe on how to make Christmas cookie ornaments. It's not the recipe where you make them out of cookie dough, it's the recipe where you make them out of clay or something and they're non-edible. If there's a recipe...tell me!Thanks.

A: There's a few recipes.... Scented Ornaments For Christmas Non Edible 1 cup cinnamon 1 tablespoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon cloves 1/2 cup applesauce 2 tablespoons white Elmer's Glue Combine cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Add applesauce and glue. Work mixture with hands unti dough is smooth. (If too stiff to roll out, add a little more applesauce, a drop at a time. If to soft, add a little flour). Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll out each part to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with small cookie cutters. Using a tooth pick or thin straw, punch hole in the top for hanging. Let these set out a room temperature for several days to dry. Ribbon looks pretty to hang these. http://www.massrecipes.com/recipes/04/11/scentedornamentsforchrist264834.html Non-Edible Cinnamon Dough 3/4 cup applesauce 4 ounces ground cinnamon Mix the applesauce and cinnamon to form a stiff dough. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters and make a hole for ribbon. Carefully place cookies on a rack to dry. Let air dry for several days, turning occasionally. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/non-edible-cinnamon-dough/detail.aspx Making Christmas tree ornaments with baker's dough http://www.angelfire.com/ak5/akboreal/ornaments.html Craft (non Edible) Recipes CLAY ORNAMENTS http://www.nobody4ever.run2.ws/craft_recipes.html

Q: Ornaments and decorations for an Airplane themed Christmas?
My boyfriend is very much into model airplanes and anything else having to do with flying. This year I wanted to incorporate this theme into our Christmas decorations and tree. Anyone know of any stores (Online or otherwise) that have airplane type Christmas decorations and ornaments? Any ideas or decorating tips for me? Anything and everything is much appreciated, thanks!

A: I found a great website that might just have what you're looking for. Check out http://www.tailwinds.com/ and go down to the "Airplane Christmas" section. They have airplane Christmas ornaments and cards listed there, but there are neat things in the other sections, too. Another good bet will probably be to try a hobby shop near where you live. Hope these help.
