Q: Easy crafts?
I'm looking for easy but awesome craft ideas. Something I can make at home and try and sell at a swap meet. More perticularly in the baby or children's stuff. Any help or web sites appreciated.

A: Do you sew? You could make tons of pullover terry cloth bibs out of fingertip and dish towels. Just fold at the 2/3 length, cut a hole big enough to slide over the baby's head, trim with t-shirt ribbing! They take about 10 minutes each to make! If you use plain or solid colored towels you can also add appliques. I liked using the dish towels when I made them for my children because they come with great patterns and pictures on them for holidays too! I'm sure you can pick up the towels at the dollar store for a buck apiece and sell the finished items for $5 each, not bad for 10 minutes work! Have fun!

Q: What are some very enjoyable and easy crafts to do as a teenage girl?
I love crafts, always have, but don't have any ideas right now! I can feel my hands and mind are set to do something these days, in detail, but I have no idea what... something easy, possibly detailed-- and original, etc. Thank you!

A: I liked cross-stitching at that age. Crochet is really good, too, because you can take it with you if you are working on small projects like granny squares. The coolest craft I ever saw was left in my science desk by a previous occupant. He or she had taken the wire from a spiral notebook, and made it into a table -- on different day, I'd found a chair made out of wire. You just fool with it until it looks right, I guess. I think it needs a certain amount of talent and patience, though. It's not a paint-by-numbers sort of craft.

Q: What are easy crafts to make while babysitting?
I have two babysitting charges - a 4 yr old girl and a 2 yr old boy. I'm looking for simple, easy crafts that we can make using household items. Thank you so much! XOXO, Laurie

A: My sons daycare did this & I thought it was too cute! (inexpensive too!) Take some of the cheap paper plates fold them in half so that it makes like a pita pocket put some dry elbow noodles inside & staple it shut. It makes a marraca & they will absolutely love it b/c of the sound it makes & if you want to get creative, let them paint something on the plates before hand. Just make something out of anything that wont harm them if broken. watch out for the noodles being a choking hazard, though. (in case its broke open)

Q: Ideas for people with dementia and easy crafts?
Im an activities director for elderly people with dementia. This is my first time doing this line of work and I need some craft ideas that are easy. These people have mild to severe dementia, so these crafts have to be simple. I am usually good with finding sites on the internet, but the sites for easy crafts usually take me to a web page with other links or sites with articles and advertisements. If anyone has a good website for easy crafts that would be great! Any types of crafts that are easy to do and do not use small decorations (as in buttons, small beads, etc...). Projects that children would do... this does not infantile the elderly. It helps them maintain their dignity since it is based at a level where they can achieve the goals as opposed to setting expectations that are too difficult for them. GOOD IDEAS SO FAR, BUT CAN ANYONE PROVIDE A GOOD WEBSITE?

At 9, he'd probably love kicking a soccer ball around or even just swinging on monkey-bars. What he needs is constant stimulation. Being outdoors has an infinite amount of that........

Q: I just moved and I need some ideas for easy crafts to do 4 room! My theme is pink and green, Hollywood style!?
I am a teen, and I have only a few $$$$$ I'm not very creative so please make the ideas easy to make! If you send me to another site please don't send very many! My room isn't very big! Thanx!

A: I love hollywood style rooms, however pink and green aren't generally associated with it. I'd say add little bits and pieces that scream hollywood, framed photos of your favourite celebrities, fairy lights, a silver star with your name- on your door (you could make this yourself out of silver cardboard and permie marker, directors clap boards, fake golden globe trophies etc etc.You don't need a lot of money or room to give a bit of Hollywood glamour, if you want old Hollywood glamour, stick to black and white photos of stars such as Marilyn Monroe. Good luck!

Q: Where to find easy crafts to make and sell?
Need to find crafts to make and sell at flea markets.

Q: What are some easy crafts to make for Thanksgiving?
What can you make with things that are laying around the house?

A: It depends on if you want house crafts or kids crafts. A good kids craft is to get some large sheets of brown paper, colored constuction paper, assorted feathers, googley eyes, glue, glitter, scissors, stapler, and some other random craft items. Trace a hand on paper (dad's hands work well because they are bigger) and make sure you cut 2 identical brown hands. Have the child add feathers to each finger and add eyes and anything else they would like. Add the red "waddle" thing :) and the orange or yellow feet.Staple around except for the bottom. Stuff with tissues, cotton, tissue paper, or what ever you'd like to create a "stuffed turkey" decoration. Have fun hope i helped
