Q: where can i find drive thru christmas light displays in south jersey?
been looking everywhere, and either i'm blind or there isnt any. please help! thanks!

A: There is a drive-thru display at the art center. Exit 116 on the parkway. I know it's not south Jersey. But it's the only one that I have found. Good luck. I haven't been able to find any holiday or Christmas displays.

Q: Anyone know of any really good Christmas lights displays in or around Nassau County?
I love Christmas and love to drive around looking at all Christmas lights everywhere. Besides the Jones beach display does anyone know anywhere on Long Island that has a good lights display?

A: The EB Buidling complex on Hempstead Turnpike across the street from the Nassau Coliseum. Each year they have a huge X-mas tree with lights. Also when they light the tree for the first time, they have a big celebration with choir singers and ice skating.

Does anyone know if St Annes cathedral in Pensacola Fl will be having their annual Christmas light event this year? I heard a rumor that they will not be having it any more because past hurricane damage was too extensive. I hope this is not true! but if it is- any chance of reopening one year?

A: I think that's a great idea my giving friend. I help every year with the Toy's ~4~Tot's. The Marines actually sponsor it. You can call the Toy's 4 Tot's headquarters & see what you need to do.Also you may call your local Fire department for more information... Go for it. Merry Christmas!

Q: Christmas light displays in Rochester, NY?
Does anyone know of anywhere that has good christmas lights this year? I know when I was younger there used to be a thing called the festival of lights, but I haven't been able to find anything like that for the past couple years. I love looking at all the different lights at this time of year and it is especially great for the kids. The festival of lights I am referring to used to be in I believe Henrietta..You drove through and there were lights everywhere of all different things, there was a sections of the 12 days of christmas and then at the end you could get a candy cane and cider. I am told that it was called the festival of lights. And I'm only interested in lights in Rochester, not leaving the state to go see lights LOL

A: Go to a neighborhood in Victor/Perinton called Briarwood and just keep driving. There is an older woman who has been putting on light displays in her yard that put professional lights to shame. Literally thousands of lights and thousands of dollars go into this amazing display. I drive by every year and each year it seems to get bigger and better!

I've got a few up but I'm not competing.

A: No but I think in my neighborhood, people must try and put lights on anything and everything that will stand still long enough for them to put lights on it! Even if it does move, if they can get it to stand still for a few minutes, they will put lights on em! I mean some go waaaaayyyy to overboard! One lady used to put so many lights on her house and yard, that when she would turn them on, the street light by her house would turn off! It is kinda like who can make their house and yard most like the Grizwald's!

I have heard many great things about this. Many blocks of Christmas Lights. I would like to take my kids this year.

A: I went to Chino tonight, and I have to say that I saw the most awesome Christmas lights display ever!!! These people have a billion lights on there house, I mean, the trim, the roof, the trees, the yard, a huge light tree on their roof and much much more. The best part of it all, they have their own radio station. So when you pull up to this house, the lights dance exactly with the music. So many different colors. These people deserve an award for what they have done. There are many other cars parked on the side of the road to watch. I PROMISE YOU, IF YOU GO SEE THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. In fact, I don't think any other Christmas light display will EVER compare. PLEASE take your kids and visit this house! It is located on Monte Vista Avenue in Chino between Walnut Avenue and Philadelphia Street. You cannot miss it!!! Turn your radio to 90.3FM and the lights play EXACTLY along with the music! These people have truly made my Christmas!!! For other great displays, you can go between San Antonio, and Walnut Avenue.

A: There is the Griffith park drive-through on Crystal Springs Drive betwen Los Feliz and Zoo Drive. There is also Christmas Tree Lane in Altadena.
