i wanna make a very nice card for my fiance who is so far from me now. i wanna make him happy... can you suggest an easy way for me to do this?

A: Just check out anigreetings.com. Its ecards are actually 3d animated short films and your personalization goes into the animation, as opposed to traditional ecards where your message is shown separately from the context (animation or still image) of the ecard. It's great for those who are looking for serious alternatives as their ecards can be downloaded (with your message within) & played in Quicktime, Media Player & the like. Another cool thing it has is that u can upload an image of your drawing or calligraph (i.e. in black over a bright white background) and it'll blend your drawing with your typed message nicely into the animation. In other words u can customize the animation entirely with a scan or photo of your handwriting. There're some tricks though: You must make sure the background of the image is truely bright white, as it's likely that the background isn't white enough for image captured by your scanner or digital camera even though you write on a white paper. To do so, u must feed the image into a photo editor (I personally use the free GIMP), enhance the contrast of the image until the background becomes bright white and save it. Then upload the manipulated version. You'll probably need to preview the customization, fine tune & re-upload your image several times until you find it satisfactory. It sounds a bit complicated. But it's worth a try especially you're doing it for one of your most important persons in life. I'm sure he'll be very impressed when he sees your organic handwritten greeting message in an animation. Both you & him can save the animation & keep your hard work. Think about it. But if this handwriting idea is too much for u. I think even the normal "typewriting" version should be enough to impress him... Hope it helps.

christmas 2005 i had a christmas card sent to me via email and if you clicked on certain places it would start snowing, light up a christmas tree, and make smoke come out of the chimney. does anyone know where I can find this christmas card? the card its self had a country cottage on it. i also believe there was a wreath on the door.

A: Go to CropMom at http://www.cropmom.com, and make your own Christmas card on the site. You can add your own photos, add your own text and make your card entirely personalized. Or you can start with a Template, or pre-made layout, that you can edit to make your own. Save your creation. Then go to the My CropMom page, click on the layout and click "Download Low-Res" to download the low-resolution JPEG file of your layout. Save it in a place on your computer where you'll remember where to find it. Now you can use your e-mail program to either embed the file or attach it and send it to your friends.

Q: What Would Happen If They Clicked On "Nice" or Naughty"?
I'm creating an animated Christmas e-card for my company, eventually to e-mail to the clients. I'm thinking of making it humorous, so that it goes in line with the nature of this post-production house I work at - crazy and fun-loving. I have one tag line already: "Have You Been Nice or Naughty?" and there will be an Angel (to represent "Nice") and a Devil (to represent "Naughty") for the receivers to click either one, and will finish off with the line: "Wishing you all the joys of the holiday season... Merry Christmas!". Any ideas what would happen - or what would be the outcome - if they clicked on "Nice" or "Naughty"?

A: Naughty-Have the devil wearing a coat and when you click on it he will open the coat flashing everyone, but put a candy cane or wreath done below so nothing is showing.

Last Christmas a friend sent me a link to a site for a personalized ecard where I put in faces/photo's, of my family and it placed them on animated elf bodies that danced and sang. A: This is so funny & true in so many ways! I'm an Aries, I never thought about it before, but I too think Hard Headed Women by Cat Stevens was an Aries.
